This is the In-Person version of the traditional 2 day CPO certification course. This class will be presented over 4 half days to allow the resorts to maintain proper staffing during the training period. Depending on registration, there may be a morning as well as an afternoon class.
Just like the traditional classes, it will have a 50 question, multiple choice exam. In order to be successful in passing the class, the candidate must achieve a 74% grade. Successful candidates will receive an electronic wall certificate and wallet card link.
