A Brief History

Robco Water Swimming Pool Services has played an active role in the swimming pool industry in Ottawa, Ontario for over 20 years. During that time, we have committed ourselves to customer satisfaction and created new services to enrich the swimming pool experience for customers.

We are members in good standing of the Pool and Hot Tub Council of Canada, PHTA and the Ottawa Chamber of Commerce. Our customer base consists of over 500 residential swimming pools and we presently treat over 13 million litres of water every week.

During these years in the swimming pool industry, we have focussed on education in order to provide unsurpassed customer satisfaction which has proven to be a solid format for customer retention.

In 2018 we opened Aquatic Facility Training Ottawa in order to help other swimming pool service companies around the world improve the training they offer their staff. The courses we offer are already taught around the world in over 125 countries by the Pool and Hot Tub Alliance (PHTA). These courses are recognized as the industry gold standard for swimming pool service and maintenance.
